Project duration: 6 months

We are looking for:

  • Hands-on overall experience of at least 2 years as a software engineer
  • Knowledge/experience in programming and understanding the program methodologies like OOPs, Functional or Structural
  • Ability to deliver code with needed documentation, unit testing, code reviews, and optimisation
  • Ability to code in declarative and/or imperative
  • Proven coding experience in building REST API, Backend Components, and Interfaces in Python
  • Should have experience in writing abstract classes, interfaces, exception handling, threading
  • Should have good communication skills and the ability to explain person's way of coding
  • Should have good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Should have good troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to understand Abstract concepts and an understanding of SOLID code principles is a big plus
  • Should be good at using Source repositories, especially GitHub
  • Experience in working in an Agile environment, particularly Scrum, and ability to use JIRA tool

Will be a plus but not necessary:

  • Knowledge in Database either RDMS (SQL, Oracle) or Graph (Type DB, Neo4j, Tiger Graph..)
  • Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes, Node is desirable
  • Knowledge of Microservices architecture

Working Model:

GT builds remote engineering teams for outstanding product companies. Our future mate will work directly with Eagle Genomics. We call this ‘Extended Team model’, and it means that each team member is integrated as deeply as possible into the client's team.

You will work with the same tools and technologies as they do and communicate directly with a client without any intermediary in between. We also encourage trips to a client and joint teambuilding and after-work activities.
